Astral Temple

 

Creating an astral temple is a really fun and easy meditation exercise. It requires a strong imagination and the ability to astral travel however. Once completed you can use it for a variety of things, from somewhere to be alone to somewhere to a place to perform magickal rituals otherwise not accessible to you. You can even create astral versions of ritual tools there handy if you don’t own the required tool for a ritual.

 

Start by astral projecting and ascending to the astral plane, this might take practice but once mastered opens up a whole range of magick to you. Find a place on the astral plane you want to build your temple and begin building. You can use whatever materials you want as long as you can visualize it and see the process as its happening. You could add columns and pillars or windows. This is your space design it however you want. Your personality and like should shine through in the design. Once the outside and the structure is complete you can begin working on the decor of the temple. Visualize and create the flooring, any furniture you want, an altar and even storage for tools. Seating is important for when you are meeting with other entities or astral spirits. It can take more than one sitting and the more elaborate ones can take a long time to build up.

 

Many things can be done from an astral temple including conversing with any spirits or entities you meet on the astral planes, or that you evoke. You can even call on another persons astral form to come to your temple. To do this simply will the person to the temple whilst you are there and they are sleeping. Once they appear you can pass on messages and information and even commands, which will all be carried out once they awaken. There will be no memory of the meeting just the knowledge or order given.

Whilst on the astral plain you will also have an astral form. This basically is what you look like whilst on the astral plains. Most people will give themselves an idealized view of what they think they look like in the physical realm, but in actual fact you can look however you want. You can give yourselves horns or different colored hair or be taller or thinner or fatter or shorter. All you have to do is visualize what you want others to see you as whilst on the astral plain and also you have to be astral projecting whilst doing this.
